Refund Policy

If any order received is in faulty or broken condition prior to being worn or used, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. No refunds will be given if this occurs.

Any claims for damaged items should be sent to our Contact Form within 24 hours of delivery. Photo proof of all original packaging is required for inspection.

All buyers should acknowledge and understand that by purchasing Sanity Flare Nike Socks and garments, the buyer is aware that dyed garments vary in color and that disputing an item as "not described" is not allowed due to the buyer's previous knowledge and understanding of the custom nature of dyed fabric. By purchasing from Sanity Flare, you accept and agree to these terms.

International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If we received a package back from the post office due to any inaccurate information, such as an invalid address, we will contact you and reschedule a re-delivery for you. We are not responsible for re-delivery fees and you will be responsible for that amount in order for us to re-ship it to you again. Once that has been paid, we will re-ship your order on the next business day.

If any of the above scenarios do not apply to your order, all sock garment sales are final due to hygienic reasons and for health precautions during these times.
