Yes! We guarantee that all of our products are authentic and originally bought from Nike and their partnering retailers.

We recommend washing in cold water and with similar colors only. Color may transfer if washed with whites. Hanging to dry or tumble dry on low heat is also recommended for both socks and washing our bags.

All of our garments are hand dyed in small batches. Because our socks are reworked and dyed by us, they may appear to have some small imperfections due to the nature of the dyed fabric. Each pair is different. After the dyeing process, each garment is soaked in our color stay dye fixative. This reduces color bleeding, fading, and enhances long lasting color.

As for our bags, we use textile fabric medium in our paint to prevent the paint from fading, chipping, and washing off. It even becomes water reistant!

At this moment, we are open to making custom designs for our bags and fanny packs only! Not our socks. Our socks are all pre-made by us to order. For serious inquiries only, please contact us on our Contact Us page if you have any requests!

SHIPPING & HANDLING

USPS First Class (USA) delivery takes 3-7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail domestic (USA) delivery takes 2-3 business days.

USPS First Class International takes 7-21 business days.

USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days.

Order Processing Time:

For any personalized custom bag orders, please allow up to 7 business days to create and process your order, since it is customized just for you!

For all other orders, please allow up to 3 business days for processing, packaging, and dropping it off to the post office.

Any delays may occur due to holidays, weekends, and post office non-business hours.

Both Domesically (U.S.) via USPS and Internationally via DHL.

If you haven't received your package or it is missing, please inform your local post office by filing a claim here.

Please keep in mind that lost or unsuccessful deliveries due to invalid addresses or shipping details are not elligible for a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes. We accept bags and accessories returns and exchanges within 7 business days after delivery.

Personalized custom bags are final sale.

All sock garments sales are final due to hygenic reasons and for extra health precautions during this time.

Any orders purchased during a sale or discount are final sale.

All itmes returned must be in original packagaing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping label fees.

Any claims for damaged items should be sent to our Contact Form within 48 hours after delivery.

Please email us at info@sanityflare.com with photo proof of all original packaging so we can proceed with inspection.

If any order received has a factory made misfunction (such as broken zipper, stitching, lose buckle, etc.) prior to being worn or used, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. No refunds will be given.
