Shipping and Handling:

USPS First Class (USA) delivery takes 3-7 business days.

USPS Priority Mail domestic (USA) delivery takes 2-3 business days.

USPS First Class International takes 7-21 business days.

USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days.

Shipping and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order ships.

 

Order Processing Time:

For any custom bag orders, please allow up to 7 business days to create and process your order, since it is customized just for you!

For all other orders, please allow up to 3 business days for processing, packaging, and dropping it off to the post office.

Any delays may occur due to holidays, weekends, and post office non-business hours.

 

Before shipping, please understand:

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct and accurate prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to invalid shipping details. If you haven't received your package or it is missing, you can file a claim with USPS here. 

We will assist in finding lost packages to the best of our abilities but are in no way held financially liable.
